REPORT NO. 21

1ST CAMROSE WEEKEND

The first weekend of the 2016 Home Internationals, held in the Republic of Ireland on the weekend of 8/9/10 January, saw a very powerful England team take a commanding lead. The two Welsh teams performed respectably and are still very much in the hunt for minor honours, although it is asking a lot to expect them to overtake the leaders.

Rankings after the first weekend as follows:

1st        England 85.35 VPs

2nd       WBU 48.47 VPs

3rd        Ireland 46.19 VPs

4th        Wales 43.51 VPs

5th        N. Ireland 38.92 VPs

6th        Scotland 37.26 VPs
